Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümit Özçelik, born in 1978 in the Nazilli district of Aydın, completed his primary education at Nazilli Sümer Primary School and his secondary and high school education at Nazilli Anatolian High School.
He began his medical education at the Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and graduated in 2002, earning the title of Medical Doctor.
Specialization Training and Professional Career
In 2003, he started his residency training in the Department of General Surgery at Başkent University and became a General Surgery Specialist in 2009.
He completed his compulsory service at Yüksekova State Hospital and his military service in Özalp.
In 2012, he began working at the Başkent University Istanbul Health, Practice and Research Center Hospital. Subsequently, he worked respectively at:
